SCROLL ↓You can’t believe something
— THE ONLY THING I’M CERTAIN OF
and know it.
Three movements.
-
i. DESCENT
Atheist kid. Athlete’s body. Then addiction, psychosis, rooms with white walls. I found the floor of myself and stood on it.
-
ii. PRACTICE
Kriya. Breath. Tibetan heart imagery. The Merkaba, lucid dreaming, the 555 lineage. Repetition until belief burned off and only knowing was left.
-
iii. RETURN
I came back quieter and harder to fool. Too direct for small talk, and done treating that as a flaw. The not-fitting-in was never the wound. It was the signal.
The body is not a vanity project.
It’s a bio-organic energy system. A toroidal field turns at the heart — lymph, plasma, consciousness, all of it running at once. I treat attention as currency and spend it on alignment. Energy flows where it goes.
What it runs on.
- 01 Rhythm over force
- 02 The body as a doorway, not a destination
- 03 Something real over a mirror
- 04 Alignment over aesthetics
- 05 Presence over performance
- 06 Precision over punishment
If something here landed,
it wasn’t an accident.
I don’t answer everything. Say something real.
